Sajid's Songs
Well here are the songs I made (or just recorded as one song is a cover). Along with each song are links for both Real Player and Windows Media Player. Please copy the link and paste it into Real Player or Windows Media Player. If I would have given a direct link then when you would have clicked on the link then the whole song file would have been downloaded and then the song would be played and well that takes quite some time. On the other hand when you paste the link in ur respective players then the song is played as it is downloaded that means it can truely be called streaming media ;). If you wanna download the song so that you can hear it anytime u want to like an mp3 then download the .wma (for Windows Media Player) file for the song because u can play .wma files on Winamp.
For lyrics click on song name.
How Can I tell You : this songs originally by Cat Stevens and its one of my favourite Cat Stevens track. I know I have screwed the song but hey anyone who plays it except for Cat Stevens is gonna screw up the song. Would It really matter?: This is the first song I made. I was just sitting and just strumming a few chords and I sang out something, a friend of mine said "tat sounded good" and well there you go, I actually made my first song. Technically this is my second song but I kinda forgot the rhythm of the first song I made ;) Real Player: http://www.geocities.com/slakdawala/reallymatter.rm Windows Media Player: http://www.geocities.com/slakdawala/reallymatter.wma
On Your Door: This is the second song I made, its just some 70 secs long and well nothing special about it Real Player: http://www.geocities.com/slakdawala/onurdoor.rm Windows Media Player: http://www.geocities.com/slakdawala/onurdoor.wma
Away: I can relate to this song more than the other songs that I have made. I think its longer than the other two before it. Real Player: http://www.geocities.com/slakdawala/away.rm Windows Media Player: http://www.geocities.com/slakdawala/away.wma
Oh Me: This is an amazing track originally by the Meat Puppets in the album Meat Puppets II and its been covered by Nirvana in the "Nirvana Unplugged in New York" album. I love this song, its just awesome. Real Player: http://www.geocities.com/slakdawala/ohme.rm
Sometimes: This is another of my compositions. I still have to record it but you can read on the lyrics.
Real Player: NOT UPLOADED.
Windows Media Player: NOT UPLOADED
Welcome: This also is another song of mine which I am kinda too lazy to record. Someday I will record these songs.
Real Player: NOT UPLOADED.
Windows Media Player: NOT UPLOADED
I am working on these songs so as to make them sound better, maybe I will add some riffs or words to them and when I do so I would again record them and so you will have a newer version of the song ;)
Hey I regret the sound quality but I think I couldnt do better with just an acoustic guitar, a mic and the PC to improve the recording quality.
Hope you like the songs.
Any suggestions or views are welcomed.
